PRO MBA Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions refer to PRO MBA membership, training programs and course options.

Fees: The fee for an training program covers all written materials, lunches and refreshments as stated on your original registration form, either in its online format or its paper-based version. Fees also include Membership to PRO MBA. A VAT invoice and joining instructions will be sent to you to acknowledge your enrolment in the program. This includes a full statement of our Terms and Conditions and a venue location map.

Payment terms: Payment is required in full within 7 days of the date of the invoice and no later than 7 days prior to the first class to be attended by the Member. We reserve the right to refuse admission if payment is not received and confirmed on time. Unless otherwise stated on the PRO MBA Registration Form, payment must be made in Euros (EUR).

Discount policy: Multiple booking discount only applies to delegates booked at the same time and may not be used in conjunction with any other special discount or offer which may be offered from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, any discount available on an program may not be used in conjunction with any other special discount or offer which may be offered from time to time.

Membership: PRO MBA is proud to have established a Membership-based network of graduates, professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs and investors. Membership Fees are non-refundable.

Note: PRO MBA Registration Form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content and timing of the program, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely program of the program being cancelled, we will automatically make a full refund but hereby disclaim any further liability. If the program takes place but you are unable to attend, whether for reasons within or beyond your control, the above conditions in relation to transfers and cancellations will apply. The PRO MBA accepts no responsibility for loss occasioned to any person acting or refraining from action as a result of the information disclosed by PRO MBA during the training program.

All PRO MBA Registrations are subject to the above Terms and Conditions and your acceptance of them constitutes a legally binding contract under French law and in a competent court in Paris, France. You will be deemed to have accepted PRO MBA Terms and Conditions (a) at the time of booking if using our website or (b), for bookings made in any other way, unless we hear from you within seven days of our sending you this document.
